Company is unreliable

After signing contract we paid advance of 60% deposit though our agreement was 50% to fasten the service, but instead the contractor run away with our money without completeng even 25% of the job. We laid several complains after 5 month of hollow house, with no running water & stove for cooking the company never dealt with the complain or contacted us. After taking him to the artoneys we then reconcille & signed new contract, but instantly the company again offered him another two contract & he abondobed our building without completeng the walls & roofing & he took off with another 27%. This company deceived us so badly that i gave birth in the dusty house with no roof & as we speak my son is three months & constantly sick because of the environment. We are hopeless because either our lawyers or dial a contractor are of a good help. Please help we are so desperate. Thanks
