Worst hard rock mattress I have ever bought!

This is the 3rd mattress I have bought with you guys and it's never a pleasant purchase. There must be a return or a exchange, I don't know what happens between the store testing and the delivery. I recently bought a XL queen Slumber King mattress, 💔💔💔 the worst way I could have spent my money. In the same week I contacted them because I couldn't see the branding on the mattress, what prompted me to look for the branding was the HARDNESS of the mattress, it's like im sleeping on a rock, a park bench, and I didn't want to be that customer who complains after every purchase but yhoooo Noo this is not the quality I had in mind, this is like some street made mattress, or backdoor operation, i do not want to keep this mattress. If there was a negative rating I would give dial a bed. I am Done with the company, not ever spending my hard earned money there again. Now they are hiding behind the 100 day policy, that policy isn't working because this bench of a mattress is hurting my body, I wake up stiff and in pain, I am not happy, this is an ugly experience. (online purchase with confidence that I knew the slumber king brand but nope, I received a card box instead of a mattress). Been turning it upside down, yhoo i can't anymore tjo 😭😭
