WORST DEAL EVER WITH DIAL-A-BED!!!!!

In May 2021, we bought an expensive bed( almost R 20 000.00, which we thought will last...late in 2023 the one side of the mattress start going flat and all lumpy to the side. The bed also made a squeaky sound when you move. The time we bought the bed, we were told this is a no turnaround mattress. A guy came to look at the mattress and told us they will fix the mattress, and change the base, that was making the noise. But this was not the case. Now we have to pay over R 3000.00 to have the mattress fixed, which is a SIM SOVA LUXURY MATTRESS, and we were told it needs to be turned every 3 months??? but the base is a DIAL-A BED base and they do not take any responsibility for the base. DIAL-A-BED refuse to change or fix the base. we were also now informed because we have a DIAL-A-BED base, if the mattress give problems again they will not be able to fix it again. Why was all this not brought to our attention the day we bought the bed. Promises like if you have any problems please contact us... We by FROM DIAL-A-BED, now there is problems and we have to call all over the show. What is the use then buying expensive beds if it don't even last for two years. DIAL-A-BED always have the specials on their beds...I now understand why, and will definitely not buy even a pillow from them again...
