Worst bed shop ever!!!!!!

I bought a Queen size bed at Dial a Bed end of 2022 at the Boksburg. It’s less than 2 years and the bed is lumpy. The mattress has created a large ball like structure almost as though it’s foaming. It’s the most strangest thing because none of the previous beds I’ve had has ever done that. I spent R6 999 for this bed and every night I hate sleeping on it😡😡😡😡😡
