Warranty not carried out

I wouldn’t recommend buy from this franchise, I bought cushions from them not the cheap ones R600 per pillow to be exact.after 6 months they started going flat and the memory foam was none existent.

The pillows have 5 year warranty on them, now they refuse to replace them or give my money back,I have now resorted to lay a complaint with customer consumer act, this company will never see my money again.

Please people be careful when buying from them.
