Voiding of warranty
Their bed price was fair but then there's a catch. If you do not buy their mattress protector you void the warranty. Their mattress cover is around R650 whereas you can get the same elsewhere for R350. It is pathetic.

If you do not purchase a mattress protector you however will not be able to do a 100 day & night comfort exchange.
