I used Dial a bed online to buy a bed on Sat the 22 Feb 2025. Today(Mon the 24) I received a call that the bed is out on delivery,the driver is on his way. Bear in mind I am at work, I told the driver I can free some time at @12pm, he was happy with that.As no one confirmed delivery with me prior to the drivers call.

I head home to meet the driver, he is not there. Tried calling back the numbers, no one answers. I called the 021 number that I have received on *order confirmation document *, the lady was of no help, didn't even take my order number, advised me to call the driver back. I told her that the driver is picking up my call, she asked me to give her the driver's number.
