I ordered a bed online from dial-a-bed, according to their site there there was no delivery fee within a 30km radius from any of there stores. upon trying to checkout the site continuously tried to charge a delivery fee, i then spoke to an online consultant by the name of Hassen Chihata, who went above and beyond to help me with the delivery of my bed. he was very quick to call me back and help with every step of the process.Within a week of placing my order with him my bed was delivered in record time, I would like to thank this very helpful gentleman for all his help
