Very impressed with the after sale service received from Dial-a-bed. Within a day of lodging my complaint on hellopeter I was contacted by the head office of Dial-a-bed. They confirmed that their branch in Bloemfontein will contact me shortly to address my issues. Shortly thereafter the branch manager personally contacted me. Within a day Dial-a-bed arranged for a replacement mattress. With my visit to the said store the reception was kind and very helpful. The manager, Henri Uitenweerde, went out of his way to assist me. No issues, no frustrations. Well done Dial-a-bed!! Will definitely make use of Dial-a-bed in future.
