Very bad service

0 customer service, we bought a bed for my mom she is 76 we found that the bed had a problem and later found out it was an old bed, after a fight they changed the mattress, we wanted to change the base because my mom is disabled with the new mattress the base they initially gave us are to high, they refused, and they do not refund now, I had to save to buy this horrible bed, now I need to buy a lower base, even more money we don't have, don't waist your time, buying from dial a bed I am actually heartbroken
