Unsatisfactory bed set

I bought a bed set from Dial a bed midrand and after delivery realised that it was making a squeeky sound. It was really noisy and i reported. Inspection was done and they replaced the base. still the noise did not go away. i reported again and was put on hold for several months. After many monhts of follow up i was told the company was going through change of ownership and i need to wait. Another attempt then brought in inspectors again. After that inspection( now the matress was breaking even, all threads lining the matress were loose) then i was told i will be contacted. An sms came that a delivery will be done to replace and a phone call confirming delivery adress and date and that was the end. nothing came through. efforts to follow up with Seally were fruitless as phoning them they told us that you should deal with the person who phoned you but we dont know that person they just said they are from seally. And we never heard from them since. This was an expensive bed i bought that i could not even enjoy. i am back to my old bed of 8 years whilst this is standing by the wall.
