unmet promises

I ordered a bed three weeks ago. Despite their promise to strive to deliver the bed within 5-10 working days and their promise that the warehouse would contact me as soon as the bed was ready for delivery, they have not met their promises. The bed was ready on Thursday at their warehouse (confirmed on a phonecall) and they contacted me on Saturday after their delivery day which was friday. When I asked them why they waited the response was that the truck was full. Strive? contact me as soon as ready? The phonecalls have been exasperating - no manager to escalate up, at least three thime there was a promise to call back which never happened. Only one person, Thabiso, called back. Never going to order from them again
