<p>Excellent service Dial a Bed Midrand. Sent an email Friday evening enquiring. Email response and assigned to the Midrand store by the morning. Thank you Dial a Bed contact centre. I was at the store by 9am as advised. The manager Sam and partner were brilliant at assisting me. Delivery arrangements were made. I wnt about my day. The bed was delivered at the exact time with no hassles. Sunday morning Sam calls to check if all went well with the delivery. </p> <p> </p> <p>That was brilliant customer service provided.
