**** to no service!
Purchased a bed from Dial a Bed because my parents came to visit. Dealer assured me the bed would be delivered the next afternoon.
My parents visit is almost over with no bed. Wondering to whom I should send the guest house invoice.

03 May 2024, 08:03I just want to add, before you think I'm being petty, I phoned them 4 times. 2 of those time they would get back to me within 10 minutes (which they didn't) and the other 2 times they said the driver is on his way.
