Thoroughly Disappointed

Been waiting for a bed delivery since yesterday no show. Took the day off today to prioritise my presence and availability for this delivery. Spent the day calling the delivery warehouse, including the branch - everyone said the driver is delivering in your area he is coming, he'll contact you and or the latest he'll be there is 8/9pm. Yes I am going to let a delivery guy into my house at that time of ???? Its almost 8pm now, no-one has called me. I cannot take another day off work for this delivery and now I'm sitting here without a bed and no indication of which year this bed this will arrive?
