The worst online store I have used!

The online store is horrible, there is no submit button, you fill in the last detail and suddenly the order is submitted! I wanted to pay via cc, but its set to eft, and that is what went through!<br> I placed the order on the 24th May 2015, and made the eft shortly after (FNB-FNB) -payment would be instantaneous.<br> the website says 48hrs after money clears they will contact you. By Wed I still had not rcvd a call!<br> I called the no. on the website, got hold of the rudest women (seems to be the only person there), unfortunately I did not get her name. She said the money isn't reflecting, and I will be contacted when it does, and puts the phone down.<br> So I sent an email (incl the proof of payment), got a call from a much nicer guy. On Friday I realised I had the incorrect reference no. so I sent another email explaining this. <br> no response.<br> On Tuesday I called again, the rude woman answered. I explained the situation, and that I sent through the proof of payment, etc. She says she will call me back, and puts the phone down.<br> On Wed, she says there is no corresponding amount at all in their acc, send the proof of payment. Phone down again. and now no answer!!<br> I want my money or my bed!!
