23 Oct 2026, 17:35The regional manager contacted me and arranged for the store supervisor at boksburg to assist. The manager at boksburg was very professional, patient and understood my frustrations and handled my situation very well and managed to pay extra so I can get a better bed. I'm waiting for the bed to be delivered but I'm very happy with the service and treatment there. Although far from where I live, I will definitely go to boksburg store when in need of bed
