Thank you Jeanet, you rocked my Tuesday by coming back to me and organising my bed delivery for tomorrow.

I got really great service from Jeanet at Dial-A-Bed after I was frustrated with getting my bed a few days after making my initial payment online through Fasta. Even though I still think it would be great for Fasta to be able to process payments faster, I am happy that Jeanette was there to get back to me and organize my delivery at the end of it.

I think it would save a lot of people some pain if you guys can put it somewhere on the site that one will only get your products after 3 working days, just so that it's not a shock as sometimes people order beds that they need immediately or the next day.
