Terrible service

I visited Dial a Bed Illovo on Sunday the 24th of May and found a mattress and bed I wanted. The delivery times of up to 2 weeks was a concern because I needed the bed before then. The sale agent Patricia said she would call me on Monday the 25th to close the deal and confirm the delivery date. She didn’t call me on Monday. On Tuesday I called her for the quotation. She messed up the details of the quotation three times but I went ahead and paid without confirmation of delivery date and her poor service. I have been following up daily for a confirmation of delivery date and even spoke to the manager Nico who made promises to get back to me but has not done so by Sat the 30th. I could get the offering elsewhere and I regret using them as the service is terrible.
