Terrible customer care at parkmeadow branch

I bought a bed for 13k at their parkmeadow store in June 2024 ,I'm now encountering a health hazard problem with it which now I have come to understand that it was a bed that was on display which had probably been sitting on there for a long time n exposed to all kinds of problems which they will never tell u about.wen I went back to try get a solution I was met by a rude and aggressive manager Albert, they got him to apologize but he sounded forced and the solution he offered hasn't happened n I have been calling to follow-up but the tone was take it or leave it.so I must see to finish with this problem coz they can only do something at their own time inconsiderate of the fact that I can't use the bed in the meantime. Trash branch stinky attitude
