Terrible after service no way they will help you.

I bought an expensive matrass from them. After the first week this became a problem. I eventually lodge a complaint and their response was it was a comfort complaint. My goodness are you not suppose to sleep comfortable. The holes the shape make hurts your hips and your back. Case closed.
