SUPER BAD DELIVERY SERVICE

Unfortunately, the service in the shop and the delivery of the mattress was two huge experiences. Excellent service in the shop and the knowledge of the salesman was impressive. But when the mattress was delivered a whole new experience. The 2 men throwed the mattress off of their bakkie. Then they tear the plastic to, according to the driver, be able to carry the mattress. Never in my life I heard something like that. The driver's hands were not clean and there were black marks like grease on my mattress. The driver was also very arrogant, and I told them to take the dirty mattress back. I didn't buy a dirty mattress. I phoned the shop, and another salesman was full of excuses but referred me to his area manager that was in the shop. He rather told me that they never had problems with the company that do their deliveries and that they are years with the 'Oom'. Well, it was not the 'Oom" that was at my house. A new mattress was then to come from our neighboring province today. It was arranged for between 08h00 and 09h00. They arrived at 10h20. Not the salesman or the area manager had the decency to contact me and told me that they will be late. I also have a job and cannot wait at my house the whole day. I am very disappointed in the delivery service and how I was treated. I paid almost R22 000-00 for only a mattress and was then treated like ****. Don't ever make use of their pathetic delivery service. I have all the names of the men mentioned above.
