Stranger's dead skin cells, ticks, insects and personal GERMS delivered at my home wrapped as brand new bed.

purchased The Henwood Luxury Selection Plush at the Woodmead store yesterday. The bed was delivered. I did not sleep at all last night, I was pestered by ticks all night. I checked the mattress- it's used with visible wear & tear and defects in sections of the bed. This was sold to me as new! Firstly the Manager and Salesman at the store inflated the price upon inquiry, I showed them the online price to which they apologized and made an excuse about the size and base set upgrade etc. I knew that's a lie and just purchased on the online price not anticipating what would happen next.

The bed was delivered, I arrived at home later that evening after delivery took place & noted it's not the base as discussed. I left i for the morning and got into bed, to my surprise I had guests waiting... Ticks & insects in my brand new bed!

My skin is still crawling at the thought of having a stranger's dead skin cells, ticks, insects and personal dirt delivered at my door wrapped as a brand new bed.

I no longer want to deal with the same store as I feel they have no integrity as this was NOT a mistake.
