Still waiting for order 2 weeks after payment

Please be careful when placing online orders with Dial-a-bed.

I placed an order with them on the 6th of August and after almost 2 weeks it still shows that it is being processed. I had to phone the Dial a bed call center 4 times and every time they tell me that they are receiving the stock that day and that the order will be delivered the following day but it’s been almost 2 weeks now since I’ve placed the order.

Their website shouldn’t show that items are available to order when they don’t have stock of the item otherwise I would have never ordered it through them. They have been sitting with a substantial amount of my money in their bank account and I am still waiting for answers.
