Still sleeping on the floor!!

On the 11th of January, 2015, I bought a bed online and paid for delivery. The people from Dial a Bed called me 5 days later to tell me that the bed I bought was out of stock (they had no stock but still took my money). The person on the line did not want to tell me his name or give a reference number - although he assured me that they will deliver the bed withing the next 14 days. That was 28 days ago.<br> <br> I called them a number of times, each time with the empty promise \ I will call you back just now to arrange delivery"<br> <br> Pathetic to say the least. It's a ****** circus. They have my money"
