Stay away from dail a bed

bought a bed with dail a bed willow bridge, it took more then a month for an exchange, the mattress they only replaced today, and mattress is bigger than the base, they now don't want to replace the base, i would never buy from this company again and would say stay far away from them as they don't know how to handle queries,
