simmons ripp off bed by dial a bed

I purchased a simmons mattress bed set from the store at trade route mall, the other night my bed had dropped, as we are on lockdown the store is closed, I had to get a furniture repair guy and he had picked up the mattress and to my surprise the base of the bed was cheap pallet wood and cardboard that held the board. This is utterly discussing as I expected more from dial a bed than a simmons *******
