refusing to pay provident fund
<p> My son worked at dial a bed northgate branch for nearly 9 months they told him in his last month there that they were over paying him and that they are taking thier money back (even when they pay such a low basic of 2500 in a branch that doesnt write enough business ). My son refused to work there any longer because they were just going to take his money every month. On top of that now they refuse to pay him his provident fund witch BY LAW! Is due to him.</p>

Our group is totally compliant and process driven regarding such matters.
