Refund

We recently purchased a bed, the comfort of the bed wasn't to our liking, and we wanted to return the bed. When we requested the above, we were initially met with some resistance from the branch office, but once we requested involvement of the regional manager, he was extremely helpful and without hesitation offered us a solution which we were happy extremely happy with. <br> <br> If Dial-A-Bed stuck to their trading terms and conditions there would have been a very different result, and we certainly would have not been happy, but thankfully this was not the case. <br> <br> We would like to compliment and thank Dial-a-bed for their understanding and assistance during this process, we are very satisfied with the outcome.
