On 25-01-2015 my wife and I purchase a Queen size King Koil bed from Dial-a-Bed in Vredenburg. The sales person was Eugene. We pointed out that the bed was very high and he said not to worry, shorter legs would be supp**** with the bed. He also promised that the bed would be delivered on Monday morning at a cost of R350-00.because we live in Velddrif 22km from Vredenburg. The bed was delivered with the wrong legs
The next day my wife returned the incorrect legs to Dial-a-Bed and asked for them to be exchanged as promised. The lady manager went off like a packer of crackers in front of a representative of one of the suppliers saying it was not company policy. This was why she had beds on the showroom floor short of legs. We were not asking for extra legs but an exchange. Fortunately the representative had the good client service attitude to step in and explain to the manager how the problem could be sorted out.
Friday 30th I went to the store to the store only to be told by the manager \She was only doing her job"Her system of management is \""The louder you shout the more right you are\"" Her attitude has left us with a sour taste and they wont see us again
Malcolm Cook."""
