Real mattress... But **** BASES!!

I bought abed and was told that it was a Dunlopillo mattress with a Dunlopillo base. The sale person, also the manager generated the Invoice while we were out of the shop and the bed was delivered with a base that looked like a shoebox covered in recycled cloth. After wasting three trips back to the shop and struggling with the issue of a bed that huffed and puffed and squeaked we chose another bed on the floor. The manager Michael gave us the figure of R6780, we agreed and told him that we are going down to have a tea and on return just 20 minutes later the price had gone up by R500. Also, the bed was removed off the floor and we were told long soppy stories. Please Michael we are no fools!! Another struggle for a week to get our money back. R300 wasted in fuel. Since then I have learnt this. Dis a bed makes their own bases in some location and sell them with the brand mattresses. Very sad indeed. Shocking
