R4000 for tough mattress

Bought a 3/4 bed for R5000, because the sales person convinced us that the stiffness shows that it’s good quality and over time is will get softer, it’s been months. till today it’s the stiffest, hardest most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, might as well sleep on the floor, zero stars.
