Promises not kept
Ordered and paid. Delivery was promised for within 10 working days. Not received 14 working days after ordering and 8 working days after I was told (in writing) that the order is ready for delivery. Call centre rings and rings, requests for call-back are not comp**** with. NOT RECOMMENDED due to shoddy service.
