Promise NOT kept

As a four star lodge owner I am furious!!<br> I have spent tens of thousands of rands buying beds and mattresses. On Monday DIAL A BED promised me that I would have the 2 extra long queen beds and mattresses by mid afternoon today as I told them that we are full and if they could not deliver on time I could not buy. They promised it would be on time. It is now 20:20 and driver phones to say he is in Knysna. On his way with ONE BED!! I am furious. My customers are furious. DIAL A BED has totally let me down. Never ever again.
