At last a company that goes out of their way to make you feel that you matter! I was browsing through their site and that irritating "bot" assistant pops up. "Can we help....?" This time, I decided, I will make use of it! Why not. "Why don't you put product details (eg. dimensions) on your site?" Surely that is what everyone wants to know? I was surprised to see a response that it will be escalated to management. In the meantime, which dimensions were I looking for? Not long, and problem resolved. Sounds regular, isn't it?
