Poor service

I bought a bed at Arbor crossing Dial a bed on Saturday they promised to deliver today (monday) and when i called them the sales ladies were very rude towards and its sad cause i already paid for delivery aswell. It is not fair for the store to treat you like **** after they have received your money but have not delivered yet. I am very disappointed at dial a bed sales consultants to have such opportunistic behaviour cause they got what they want now they don't care. They are very unprofessional and their behavior is very appalling. Called customer care the lady say they won't do any thing i must call that specific branch and i told her i will notify hello peterand she said ok go ahead. I already paid for my purchase and this is a treatment am getting.
