Poor quality beds dial a bed

I purchased a Swamy Crawford firm bed on 26 Feb 2025. On the first day I heard the springs but gave the bed the benefit of the doubt. It’s about 3 weeks later and it’s gotten worse, mattress is creeping and sinking as if it’s been years old. Appalling quality and poor service from dial a bed selling items that are inferior. So much money has been paid by me to have a bed that is already breaking!
