Poor quality
You buy the bed, it's delivered, it's kindly placed in the room and life goes on. Then there is a fault. Not a fault caused by the client, an actual production quality fault. Now it becomes a this guarantee, a this warranty, a 1 year this, 9 year that......guys When I bought the bed did you say this is the breakdown? When it was delivered did the receipt say " refer the t and c as we don't really want to replace? Now I must pay a pro rata for a bad quality item? I think the next step, should I not get a decision today, should involve pictures of how bad the quality really is. Then other people who have kids can make a decision on whether Sealy really provides good quality and safe items. Guys, I am willing to clear my schedule and sit online for weeks. We can debate the warranty aspect online because I cannot see the CPA protecting a supplier for bad quality. Please discuss with me today or if you prefer then don't and we can play white in open forum.
