Poor customer service

From a product and delivery perspective good, but their customer service is pathetic. When they delivered my mattress I ordered, their driver was caught speeding in our estate and issued a fine. I have sent them the notifications and copies of the fine twice to pay the fine as our HoA add it to my levy if he does not pay. No response at all from them which I find extremely poor. How can I get them to act on this.
