Poor client experience

You seriously need to see what other shops are doing in terms of customer experience. I tried buying a bed on your website this morning and got stuck trying to complete the purchase. After a long time one of your chat consultants informed me the site is down. There was no pop up message saying this. He said he will email me a qoute that never happened. Going to rate this company as not recommend and will now purchase the bed elsewhere.
