Poor after sale Service

<p>Purchased a mattress from Dial a Bed in Boksburg on North Rand Road. I spent R8000 on a mattress which gives me such bad back pain that I cannot fall back asleep from 3 AM. I have spent over R2000 at a chiropractor however it has not helped. The pain has only existed since I have bought the mattress. The manager Paula says there is nothing they can do after 3 months. She has not bothered to create a deal on a new mattress and shows no empathy whatsoever so long as they have a sale I guess. I will not purchase another mattress from Dial a Bed again. The Bed Shop seems to have much better beds and staff. Terrible experience!</p>
