Paying for Delivery

I am happy with the customer service from the Woodmead store. Theo is an awesome salesman. I am yet to receive my bed since I made the purchase on Sunday. But WHAT DO YOU MEAN I gotta pay for a delivery after spending close to R9000. From Woodmead to Midrand? It is free delivery if you buy Online but no free delivery if you buy from the store? So the tech savvy are your favorites or? I do not wish to unpack this further but it has an element of treating customers differently based on the haves and the have-nots.
