I would give zero stars if it allowed!!

Pathetic customer support!!! Don't ever buy a bed from this brand or any other dial a bed store EVER!!

I paid almost R30,000 for a bed that I cannot sleep on anymore as it is has gone so soft and is sagging and they refuse to help exchange or replace the bed. EVEN THOUGH IT IS STILL UNDER GUARANTEE!!!
