Pathetic after sale

I purchased a bed at Atterbury Dial a bed two days ago. Waiting for my delivery as I'm writing this.

I contacted a lady by the name Charlene to enquire about the driver's working hours to know what's the latest I can expect the delivery. She rudely responded "I told you yesterday that it will be anytime after 11". She did not bother to know which customer she is speaking to because she actually spoke to me two days ago and in that conversation she did not mention anything about "after 11". In my opinion, she is too comfortable in her seat. They do not offer any way of tracking your delivery like how the rest of the country operates so I would expect that their client service should be above average.
