Wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the swift and reliable services we received from Dial-a-bed recently. The beds (1 x Queen, 1 x 3/4 and 2 x singles) fit in well in the bedrooms and most importantly, I need to applaud the team for their seamless services.

Desiree was the one that organized the sale and confirmed the availability online. I had many special requests because I couldn’t be quite certain of “the right beds” for me when searching online but she steered me in the right direction.

Max arranged the drop off from the Johannesburg warehouse in a kind, sweet and vibrant manner and the two young men, that did the delivery, Zakhele and Bafana were well mannered, respectful and swift.

Combined, this team heightened how i felt about the whole service process and made it this (otherwise daunting process) much more pleasant and worthwhile.

It was easy to recall everyone’s name because they each treated me like a noteworthy client plus their eagerness to assist made them all memorable. Thank you Dial-a-Bed for having a remarkable team. I hope more people get to experience them in the same way I have.
