Online no-service!

Placed an online order and paid on 16th January 2024. Three-four days delivery (on website) then become 8-10 when you start chasing it. They were suppose to receive their stock on Monday 22nd and promised that delivery arrangements will be made for next day. No answer, no communications two days later. Very disappointing and frustrating.
