Not impressed with Dial a bed

We ordered a bed a few days ago and just after 8 this morning dial a bed called, saying they were loading. My common sense told me they would arrive after 10 or 11 this morning. I went to the address where the bed would be delivered. I waited the whole morning and after 12 l called them. Kevin gave me the driver's number. When l called the driver he told me he was still busy in Port Elizabeth and did not know what time he would be delivering the bed. I am so upset right now. Why call me in the morning pretending you were ready to deliver only to keep me hostage the whole day? I have left the house where the bed was supposed to be delivered to because guess what clients have things to do too
