No Delivery No refund

I purchased a bed online on Sunday August 23rd 2026, Delivery was agreed to take place on Thursday August 27th 2026. On the online order i stated the bed must be delivered to the 4th floor. On Wednesday August 26th 2026 the wharehouse called and said they can only deliver to the 3rd floor, I said nowhere does it mention that. The online department then called and said they will have it deliverd to the 4th floor on Thursday August 27th 2026. The delivery never came. I requested a refund and followed up on email no response . I would be very careful buying online with dail-a-bed. It would seem my refund may not arrive just like the delivery .
