No delivery

I bought a bedroom set at the Rand Show on 27 March 2016. The set cost was R4597.00. On Saturday, 02 April 2016 they phoned to make delivery arrangements, but I was not available for the weekend, and asked them to please phone me on Monday. They tried to phone, but I was at a meeting. I received the message, and when I tried to phone back, the phone just kept on ringing. I phoned the complaints department, and was then told to phone the warehouse manager. I could not, and asked the complaints department to please see to it that they please phone me back to make arrangements for delivery, to which they said they would. So far I am still waiting for a phone call and delivery.
