No Customer Service available

wow, basically non-existent customer service in the Tokai branch. walked into the store fully ready to purchase a bed, but the service was **********. one guy greeted me and said he would be over to assist me in a minute...20 mins later still no one came to help. Another sales guys was literally watching me test out the mattresses but couldn't be bothered to come over and assist. I would never spend money at a place that doesn't value customer service.
